A celebration of fire, flavor, and community.

The traditional Argentine asado is a celebration of fire, flavor, and community.

At its heart are two iconic cuts: chorizo and costilla (ribs). Chorizo, a juicy, flavorful sausage, is often served as a starter, whetting the appetite for what’s to come.
Then there’s costilla, slow-cooked beef ribs, grilled to perfection over wood or charcoal until tender and smoky.

Seasoned simply with salt and enjoyed with fresh chimichurri, these meats capture the essence of Argentina’s love for food, family, and friends gathered around the grill.
