I have a bone to pick with the wine industry.

Argentine wines are massively undervalued, and it's infuriating.
Let me explain...

I collaborate with one of the world's best winemakers, Marcelo Pelleriti.

He trained under Michel Rolland.
He made an 100-point wine.

That's rare air. Yet, I walk through Costco and see one of his bottles for $15. Sure, it’s not his reserve, but come on.

The problem? The American three-tier system.

Greedy middlemen pay pennies for wines worth far more.

Argentine winemakers are exploited, their incredible craftsmanship disrespected.

Why? Because Argentina’s economy has been in shambles for decades, making its winemakers vulnerable. Many don't even bother entering the US market—they know they won’t get what they deserve.

It’s time for a change. Argentine wines need to demand the prices they’re worth.

If the quality isn’t there, fine. But for many, it is.
These wines deserve to be celebrated, not sacrificed for cheap margins.

It's time for Argentine wine to get the respect it deserves.
